Welcome to Moringa Safaris. By accessing or using our website (www.moringasafaris.com) and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, and full payment must be made prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods as communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following will apply for Cancellations prior to arrival:

10 days or less: 100% cancellation fee
11–14 days: 75% cancellation fee
15–30 days: 50% cancellation fee

The following will apply for Refunds:

Cancellation 30 days or more: 100% refund
Cancellation due to medical reasons: 100% refund, accompanied by a valid medical certificate stamped by a licensed medical professional.
A minimum of N$50 will be deducted for bank charges.

4. Entry at Own Risk

Moringa Safaris, its owners, and representatives will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring on the premises. All guests enter and use the facilities at their own risk. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

5. Right of Admission

Moringa Safaris reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest acting in a disorderly or disruptive manner, or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate. Guests may be asked to vacate the premises without refund in such cases.

6. Game Drives & Activities

Our game viewer vehicles are equipped with 9 seats and priced per occupied seat. If your group prefers exclusive use of the vehicle, an additional fee of N$300 per unoccupied seat will apply. All activities and drives are conducted at your own risk.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, is the property of Moringa Safaris and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Misuse or unauthorized access to the website may result in termination of access and/or legal action.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or inquiries will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communicating with you. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be handled under Namibian jurisdiction.
